Energy transition
In Europe the energy transition poses new problems for the existing power supply systems. The power supply has thus to be managed to guarantee the stability and quality of the network under consideration of fluctuating feed from regenerative energy sources. Intelligent solutions are as necessary as investments into the development of electrical grid.
Net overload
Due to an increase in population and industrialization a great rise in energy consumption is typical for many emerging and developing nations. On the other hand, the modernization and extension of the existing grids cannot keep up with the new requirements which results in unstable power supply with frequent black-outs. These black-outs often lead to considerable financial losses and, in many cases, force the clients to rely on expensive emergency generating sets.
Our contribution
Our starter will minimize the voltage drop which occurs during the start of large drives and therefore ensures net stability. Furthermore the necessary power requirement for motor starting will be reduced by our starter.
