The team of Start›Ing is obliged to follow the below-mentioned rules and regulations and to implement them into the daily business decisions.

Respectful interaction with clients, suppliers and resources

• We pledge ourselves to fair competition and to upright business practices
• We guarantee a diligent and discreet use of data which have been provided to us by others
• We comply with the legal stipulations of Germany and the European Union regarding  environmental  protection and assure a respectful use of resources
• Production, research and development will be carried out under consideration of ecological aspects

Protection of staff

• We prohibit the employment of children and forced labour; we observe the laws concerning child-welfare
• Salaries will be based on the national laws and labour agreements
• We promote safety and health measures at the workplace
• We protect the interests of our staff and respect freedom of opinion and assembly
• We do not tolerate discrimination based on gender, race, origin or other discerning features

Compliance with laws and regulations

• We disclaim all forms of corruption or violation of human rights
• We will honor all laws and regulations which are relevant to our range of business
